The approach centered on introducing Frozen Carbonated Beverages (FCB) to Idaho, offering Gen Z a new way to not only enjoy but "freeze" these experiences. “Freeze the Moment” campaign invited young consumers to capture and cherish these sparkling new memories, one frozen drink at a time.
A 10-foot-tall block of ice appears overnight at a college campus that features no branding or signage whatsoever… just a simple QR code, frozen in the middle of a humungous ice cube. Once the ice melted enough to scan the QR code, a WebAR page animates to a screen with ice then transitions to reveal the FREE FCB McDonal's combo offer.
